X-Tech Conductive Base Coat is part of a static conductive system, it is the layer of a three layer system comprising a solvent free primer (X-Shield SF Primer), a solvent free under-coat (X-Tech Conductive Base Coat) and a self smoothing floor topping (X-Tech AntiStatic SLE) that produces a static conductive floor with resistance between 5 x 104 to 1 x 106 Ohms.
